    • Any failure or defect in parts or equipment is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty or the supplier’s terms and conditions.
    • The warranty does not apply to circumstances beyond our control, including—but not limited to—blocked drains that have been cleared by us and subsequently become blocked again due to external factors such as tree roots, foreign objects, poor system design, or general misuse.
    • This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original customer and installation site.
